Purchase, Exchange and Return Conditions
Keep your purchase receipt/invoice. The purchase receipt/invoice is essential for making any exchanges/returns/claims.
For exchanges/returns, within 30 days from the date of purchase, items must be presented in the same condition as received, unused, with the respective tags and original box, without which the exchange/return will not be processed.
You may choose to exchange items or receive a refund in the same payment method.
Warranty
To activate the warranty, claims must be made via the Customer Support email (customerservice@rockport.pt), provided that they are substantiated by the proof of purchase.
All items purchased from Rockport representatives/partners must be claimed directly with them, following their established internal procedures.
